Service Description
This class provides a welcoming and supportive space for men to establish a regular yoga practice. Yoga offers many benefits beyond traditional athletic workouts and each class includes targeted poses to improve muscle tone, joint mobility, and balance, while also promoting mental focus and stress reduction. Flexibility is not a prerequisite—each session is designed to gradually increase your range of motion. The class is perfect for men looking to complement their fitness routine, improve their golf swing, or those seeking a low-impact way to stay fit and healthy.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 4 hours in advance of the class. Retreats and workshops require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel and may incur a cancellation fee.
