Hello and welcome
I'm Pen and I’ve been sharing the life-changing power of meditation and yoga in northeast Fife and online since 2019.
My welcoming and inclusive yoga classes are suitable for all levels of experience. Private lessons for individuals or couples are available, and I’m always happy to run a bespoke group session for locals or visitors celebrating a special occasion.
As a certified Menopause Yoga teacher I’m passionate about supporting women navigate the transformative journey into, through and beyond menopause with a ‘wellness in midlife’ programme that offers mindful movement, deep relaxation, breathwork, and meditation.
If you are stressed, anxious, or just seeking a refuge from life’s incessant demands, my monthly Yoga Nidra sessions and regular meditation courses offer a haven where you can breathe deeply, relax fully, and learn how to find a sense of ease and balance despite life’s inevitable ups and downs.
I believe that yoga is for everyone, so I also offer a weekly ‘yoga for men’ class providing an encouraging and friendly space for men to work on strength and flexibility, while experiencing the many other benefits of yoga including stress reduction, injury prevention, heart health, and maybe even an improved golf swing!
